Registration
Registration process Request to use the iTrace Blockchain Traceability system After completing the registration form, the system will send an email notification back.Go to the registrant, stating 'Registration successful, wait for verification and confirmation back.'
Verify
Procedure for checking registration details after checking done, there will be an Activate Account team to confirm and inform the information back to Email address used to apply for the service.
Confirmation Register
Users will receive an email confirming their request for service. There will be details of the URL and User/Password. for first time use.
Login
When logging in for the first time Must change the password for security.
Import Data
The system has features to choose from according to the suitability of the business. Whether Import / Export via Excel, data entry via WebApp / MobileApp or even sending data via Web API with full service.
Analytical
Users can view customer traceback statistics to be analyzed in various views such as top 5 Products with the highest Traceback etc.
Support
When users are stuck with usage problems or want to add a feature to use Can notify through various channels such as Line or report problems via Application form provided, etc.
